The latest release of TerraGo Edge has a bunch of great new features and many of them are new ideas from customers like Corrosion Service…who had this to say about the difference between working with TerraGo and the “big guys” (i.e. slow guys)…. "The latest updates to TerraGo Edge already include features based on recent feedback from both our office and field teams. With some big software vendors, you submit request forms, send support emails, and wait months or years, if ever, to see a requested feature. TerraGo's customer-driven, agile process keeps us in the loop so we see rapid delivery of high-impact capabilities for our projects."

Organizations seeking to deploy mobile apps for the field workforce tend to experience the same conundrum.  It is a very typical chicken and the egg scenario.  There is a natural tendency to want to invest in new mobile apps during the busy season. You are flush with new projects and tight timelines. You are off the grid, or maybe under the grid, trying to get your work done. At some point, you may experience a common frustration…that is, you are more productive on Facebook than you are with the data collection tools available to you.
