Software Engineer

As a software engineer, I have the pleasure of taking some crazy idea someone had and turning it into a saleable feature or product. I’ve been working at TerraGo since April of 2008. Before that I was a software engineer at a video streaming appliance company. Even further back, I spent almost a decade as one of Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children. My time in the Marines has definitely held me in good stead in being able to quickly context switch from one thing to another in the fast-paced atmosphere we have here at TerraGo. Semper Gumby! (For those of you who don’t know, that means Always Flexible.)

Once I got out in 2001, I got my Computer Science degree from Kennesaw State University. My career as a software engineer was on its way, and it hasn’t slowed down yet.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young sons. I also enjoy brewing beer with my brother, mainly as it gives us an excuse to drink the previous batches. I’m also a huge Atlanta Falcons fan (Go Dirty Birds!), and enjoy keeping up with the NFL all year long.
