Quality Assurance Supervisor

I have been with TerraGo for the past 7 years, where I started out writing code on the very first release of our software – Map2PDF for ArcGIS and Map2PDF for Acrobat. I went on to build the foundation of what is now our customer support organization, and I currently manage our quality assurance efforts. One of the best parts about my job is that I get to work with some of the most talented and conscientious developers in this market who are highly dedicated to delivering quality code.

Prior to TerraGo, I spent several years with Worldspan as a customer conversion programmer, where I was the critical interface between our organization and enterprise customers as they transitioned to our service from competitive solutions.

I guess you could say my career has been all about being sure customers get what they expect throughout their relationship with a company. Prior to Worldspan, I went to Valdosta State University and grew up in South Georgia.

If you don’t catch me at my desk checking code, I’m probably on a nearby lake or river getting ready for my next bass fishing tournament, which I do every month. The rest of my free time is taken up by my two children, which includes traveling around the southeast to competitive cheerleading tournaments with my teenage daughter.

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made over the past seven years at TerraGo, and I’m looking forward to another seven years of great personal and career growth opportunities as we continues to open new markets for geospatial!
