Philippe Astoul, Software Engineer

I just started at TerraGo (December, 2010) and I like the people and attitude already.

I've been a software engineer for 15 years and for the last 10 I developed POS solutions for airport parking. Previously I worked in the pharmaceutical industry and as an IT consultant.

I was born in a small town 30 kilometers west of Paris, France and spent the first 30 years of my life around Paris, France. After school I worked a couple years in Paris then took a plane and arrived in Atlanta in 1998. For the next 6 months I wondered why I could not understand the English here.

I like reading and talking about politics but I don’t like grits.
